Short Messaging Service Centre (SMSC)
Switchlab has developed an SMSC that can handle enormous volumes
of SMS messages. Not only has our SMSC been designed to meet
today's high-volume demands, it has also been tested against
predicted future uptake.
The Switchlab SMS platform supports both GSM and GPRS networks.
In conjunction with the SMSC, our Unstructured Supplementary
Service Data (USSD) service can be used to support innovative
prepaid offerings. In Africa, for example, a number of operators
are using SMSC and USSD services, empowering subscribers to buy
credit and transfer it to another user's mobile phone.
The Switchlab SMSC system solution meets all SMS requirements,
including prepaid services, status reports and SM in binary codes
and can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
OTA Platform
Switchlab OTA platform is independent
from any (U)SIM vendor and is a
solution to manage SIM in a comprehensive, easy and centralized
way.
This platform includes the control
of the Network Elements (SMSC, HLR,
MSC/VLR etc…) to configure (U)SIM.
